Anatta - only in buddhism?

I am new in this forum. Hello everybody! Blush

I think, the "special" thing about buddhism compared to all the other religions is his doctrin of anatta.

I have some questions:

1. Was Buddha really the first "philosopher" in india (or worldwide) how teaches anatta?

2. Where did buddha get this idea? Maybe he was influenced by other indian sceptics?

3. What did the charvaka say about anatta?

Thanks for every answer.
