I think it is time to demand some proof whenever a public figure makes extraordinary claims. A lot of times, such claims can be easily verified but the supporters of these public figures never demand any proof.
In this thread, I want to talk about Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, who has made many extraordinary claims. In one of his talks, he said that he could hold a cup of water in his hands for two minutes and change the water to taste sweet. I wrote a detailed answer in Quora explaining how it is important to demand proof for such claims. Since he is running the Rally for rivers program to save water, I thought of a funny idea:
