RE: Dr. Jonathan Pararajasingham's series, "Mind's Matter", discussion thread.

Dr. Pararajasingham concludes his first article with:
While this neuroethical theory of psychopathic behaviour must be regarded as provisional, the line of the law should be drawn with it in mind; and we may have to shift its current position very soon.

This Scientific American podcast featuring an interview with cognitive scientist Michael Gazzaniga is a good companion to Dr. Pararajasingham's article, and discusses the potential impact of recent neuroscience discoveries on legal practice along with associated ethical dilemmas.
